I blew through the entire archive (20 episodes) in under a week. It makes me think about improving my habits and why other’s are acting particular ways.
3 cups of white rice done in 15 minutes in the microwave. Enough said.
This drink is a powerhouse of Vitamin C and perks me up. Since I’ve started drinking this consistently I haven’t gotten a full fledged cold. A huge accomplishment for me, even in the summer. It also help with adrenal fatigue which is a nice bonus.
4. White Collar
Season 6 is now on Netflix and I’ve been trying to not binge watch the whole thing in two days.
I have been drooling over the Inkwell Press LiveWell Planner since Ashley from That Is All did a review. I don’t have the 2016 edition in my hands however Instagram pictures and descriptions are making it a favorite. Tanya and her team have designed a beautiful planner. Can’t wait to order in September!
